BoodiGo Partners With PornGuardian To Stop Piracy

BoodiGo has taken steps to prevent the spread of pirated porn. (BoodiGo)

BoodiGo, the search engine for porn, has taken a major step in ensuring its search results won’t contain pirated material.

When the site first launched, Colin Rowntree — one of its founders — stressed how important it was that the site not support stolen content. As a porn producer and director, Mr. Rowntree told us how he’d experienced the damaging effects of piracy firsthand.

“It’s horrible for the performers, for the studios, for everybody,” Mr. Rowntree said at the time.

And while he was sure BoodiGo was doing “a very good job at identifying the illegal tube sites,” now the company’s taking extra steps to ensure its results are piracy-free. BoodiGo today announced a partnership with PornGuardian, an organization that works with members of the porn industry to prevent the spread of pirated content. Read More

Sexy Search Engine BoodiGo Takes Steps to Prevent Spread of Child Pornography

You won't find child pornography here. (BoodiGo)

BoodiGo, the sexy search engine developed by ex-Googlers, was created so users could anonymously search the Internet for porn. But if there’s one thing the BoodiGo team doesn’t want you searching for, it’s child pornography.

The company announced a partnership last week with the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP), an organization founded in 1996 that seeks to eliminate child pornography from the Internet. Under the partnership, the ASACP will provide BoodiGo with a variety of data — including common child porn search terms — that’ll help BoodiGo block the results of those harmful searches. Read More

Sure Why Not: Pornhub Just Launched a Record Label

Coolio debuted a music video on Pornhub earlier this year. (Facebook)

Pornhub may be a prime source for fap material (ugh, sorry), but they’re also capable of so much more. They plant trees! They make clever FIFA World Cup commentary! And now, they also produce records, apparently.

The porn site has officially launched its own record label, Pornhub Records, Billboard reported yesterday. The announcement may seem totally bizarre, but this isn’t Pornhub’s first dabbling in the music industry; artists Coolio, FaltyDL, and Xiu Xiu all used the site to premiere music videos within the past year. The Apple Watch Already Has an App For Getting Laid

Screen Shot 2014-09-15 at 12.37.13 AM

We’ve known about the Apple Watch for less than a week, and already developers have figured out a way to use it for sex. Typical.

Close Encounter is a blind-dating app from the future that will match you up with nearby singles and lead you straight to them, all from the convenience of your wrist. The app was announced in a Medium post full of gorgeous mock-ups that repeatedly refers to the daters using the apps as “the humans” — an attempt either to humanize the object of your overwhelming lust, or make you feel like The Terminator for using it.

“No chat, no bullshit,” the post brags. “Just share your location and follow the line until you reach your match.” Read More

A Birth Control Injection for Men Might Soon Be Here

Vasalgel could be on the market within three years. (Facebook)

With the exception of condoms and straight up abstinence, todays’ contraceptive options — birth control pills, diaphrams, IUDs, you name it — are generally made for women. But a nonprofit medical organization says that within three years, a contraceptive injection for men might be on the market.

The injectable drug, called Vasalgel, would be injected into the man’s vas deferens and block his sperm from making its way to his penis, the Daily Mail reports. To reverse the effects of the drugs, users would ideally inject another gel that would flush the Vasalgel away. Read More
