TMZ obtained a waiver that guests are required to sign before entering Bieber du Monde barring them from publicly discussing it on social media, like Twitter, Instagram or on Bodybuilding.com, or their ilk.

The first was feting Katie Finnegan and Erica Bell, cofounders of the fashion startup Hukkster, which recently scored a $1 million seed round from the duo. Guests included actor Jason Lewis (Samatha’s boyfriend to the rest of us).

New Startup On the Block
The team behind Scruff and Perry Street Software (three full-time employees, one part-timer) has been a startup adrift, traveling and working from various locations including San Francisco, Las Vegas, and L.A. But Scruff is finally putting down roots in New York. “We love NYC. It’s the most amazing city in the world,” founder John Skandros told Betabeat in an email. “We are still deciding where we want to set up. Our broker found us some pretty awesome spaces near Union Square and Chelsea, both on high floors with city views. We need a cool space since we plan to throw many parties there!”
