His Twitter app wouldn't refresh either. :(

Remember when the oxygen was briefly sucked out of the atmosphere this morning? Well, Gov. Andrew Cuomo isn’t too thrilled about the Time Warner Cable outage, either.

Newsday reports that regulators, who are already keeping close tabs on Time Warner Cable as it tries to close a $45 billion merger with Comcast, will investigate the incident. The state’s Department of Public Service will look into the problem as part of its larger examination of the planned merger.

Gov. Cuomo said working Internet is “vital” for bloggers who work at home everyone and the companies have the “responsibility to deliver reliable service.”

So this is what happens when you offer the Governor six months free of Showtime instead of HBO, huh?
