In New York City, space is scarce, and party space especially. Eventup just launched with 434 venues in the city ranging from apartments in Brooklyn to Tammany Hall to Lady Gaga’s old apartment (hm, looks like that one, which was going for $12,500, got taken down). Eventup appeals to venue owners who may want to rent out their space for a day or a night when it’s convenient, much like that extra bedroom you’ve posted on Airbnb. Anyway, what really matters is that the Bryant Park Screening Room also has a pool.

From Bob Dylan’s home to Prestigious Central Park Home to Colorful, Mod, Pop Art Spacious Condo, check out the spaces unlocked by Eventup. We’ve collected the 10 priciest here.
