There are two companies in stealth mode haven't decided on names.

DreamIt has leased a 7,500 square foot office at 330 West 38th Street, which used to be the headquarters of fast-growing New York "it" startup Fab. "Perhaps the next Fab.com will come from DreamIt," a press rep winked in an email. DreamIt graduates include SeatGeek and SCVNGR.

The companies will have their final demo day on August 8.
