Recently, Ms. Chan took the time to describe her relationships with other people on Facebook. And although her favorite quotations include an exchange with some students emphasizing that she is unmarried, Ms. Chan considers Mr. Zuckerberg her "partner" and his mother, her mother.

Ms. Chan, has not updated to the new Facebook timeline format yet, we noticed. According to AskMen.com, she's been clarifying things for a while:

According to a book by Sarah Lacy, Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan created a contract designed to cover many of the aspects within their relationship—including how often Chan would be able to spend time with her predictably busy boyfriend. One of the rules outlined by Sarah Lacy states, "One date per week, a minimum of a hundred minutes of alone time, not in his apartment, and definitely not at Facebook."
