gdgt is a new gadget Q&A site co-founded by Peter Rojas and Ryan Block, well known for their days at Engadget (Peter was Co-Founder, Ryan, Editor in Chief).

The site is bringing its gdgt live Tour to the Big Apple on Tuesday, June 21st and we're holding a contest to give one lucky startup a free Silver Sponsorship at the event.

You'll get a table to show off your business in front of more than a thousand techies, hobnob with writers from all the top blogs, and network with the biggest names in the business, including AT&T, Motorola, Samsung, HTC, and more.

All you need to do is send over a 75 word description or 60 second video explaining why your company should be chosen to appear at the event to bpopper@observer.com. Submissions will be accepted till Friday (6/10) and the winner will be announced Monday (6/13)
